Purpose – A complete entire‐faculty strategy has emerged as a promising model for constructing connectedness in the faculty setting. The health‐promoting college model, by way of its whole‐school orientation and a focus to the school organizational surroundings, identifies buildings and processes that influence college connectedness. In‐depth interviews, focus teams, observations and documentary proof offered the information. School group members started to study and understand one another’s positive qualities, which in flip promoted additional elements of school connectedness. The key parts and pathways of the health‐selling school method were supported by components corresponding to informal teaching, reinforcement, enough time for relationships to develop, and being embedded within the whole‐faculty orientation.
